Program Submission Information


Only proposals submitted via the online proposal form will be considered. You can access the online form by clicking the submit buttons at the bottom of this page.  Please review the the Program Proposal Requirements and Selection Criteria & Presenter Requirements before you begin. It is best to have as much information as possible before you begin entering your proposal.

DEADLINES
  • May 10, 2006  -  Contributed papers, panel sessions, preconferences, and workshops
  • October 20, 2006  -  Poster sessions
  • January 10, 2007  -  Roundtable discussions

PROPOSAL TIPS
Have the following information prepared before you begin your online proposal:
  • complete contact information for all speakers
  • program title
  • program format
  • program track and theme
  • program description
  • at least three learning outcomes
  • funding requests

SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL

You may save an incomplete proposal, and edit or add additional information before the submission deadline date.  An ID number and password will be assigned to you when you submit your proposal. Be sure to print your ID number and password and keep them in a safe place. You will need these in order to edit the proposal at a future time. 

It is your responsibility to make sure your proposal is fully completed to be eligible for review. Proposals with significant incomplete information on the submission deadline date will not be considered.
