EXHIBITORS: All Exhibitors, including those who are also presenters, please register through the Exhibitor Service Center (you'll need your booth number and password)

Please note the following dates and fees that apply for general conference registration:

Early Registration (on or before February 14)

Late/Onsite Registration (on or after February 15 through March 30)

Cancellation and Refund Policy (Conference Dates: March 27-30, 2008)

Early Cancellation (by Feb. 14, 2008): You may cancel your registration no later than February 14, 2008 and receive a refund of your total conference registration fee, including any optional event and CEU fees, minus a $65 administrative fee. You must send a written cancellation and refund request to ASA by mail, fax, or e-mail prior to February 14, 2008 to receive this refund.

Late Cancellation (by Feb. 29, 2008): You may cancel your registration no later than February 29, 2008 and receive a 50% refund of your total conference registration fee, including any optional event and CEU fees. You must send a written cancellation and refund request to ASA by mail, fax or e-mail prior to February 29, 2008.

No refund request will be accepted or honored after February 29, 2008, regardless of the reason for the cancellation (including medical and other emergencies). Registrations may be transferred in full to another individual you designate to attend the conference in your place if you are unable to attend and are unable to cancel your registration prior to either of the cancellation deadline dates.

Refunds will be issued within 45 business days after the Joint Conference concludes.
