How do I register to exhibit?
Registration is required for all exhibitors. Registrants are issued an exhibitor’s badge and must be employed by or have a direct business affiliation with the exhibiting company. Exhibitors can register online to receive an ID and password to access the exhibitor section of the site. Badges will be available for pick up at the registration desk at the show.
What are the trade show exhibit hours?
Exhibits: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22; 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 23.
How is the show promoted before the event?
Exhibiting at a trade show is an investment on your part. Knowing that, we promote the show extensively to reach your key customers and prospects. The AMTS is promoted via:
- Business publications and newspaper ads throughout the region
- Direct mail
- Email blasts
- Trade publication ads
- Free admission coupons provided to each exhibitor, with the option of free customization to further promote your booth
- Articles in the region’s dailies and business newspapers
- Exhibitor contest aimed at attracting attendees
What security is provided at the event?
Security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from the beginning of move-in until the completion of move-out.
Can I conduct a seminar?
Exhibitors are encouraged to facilitate educational seminars at the show. One-hour time slots will be available throughout the day on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Can I provide passes to my customers?
You can supply free passes that your customers and prospects can use to register for free admission to the show. You’ll be able to use an order form to request additional passes.
Can I get Internet access?
The Internet can be accessed at the Dayton Airport Expo Center only through a wireless connection, at a cost of $250. Your computer(s) must be capable of receiving the wireless signal. You’ll receive notification of the Internet service when your computer is turned on; then you’ll simply log on and pay by credit card.
Where can I get additional information on being an exhibitor?
When you register, you’ll receive a packet containing helpful information and forms relating to sponsorship and advertising opportunities, free passes for attendees, the Preview Gala, exhibitor seminars, floor plans and much more.
