PLEASE NOTE: Move-in dates and times have changed from the 2007 show.
Exhibitor Move-In
- Monday, October 20, 2008
- Riggers and large equipment only
- Call (937) 586-3729 to schedule your move in.
- After 2:00 pm move-in will be through the back of the building only; the main entrance and lobby will be closed for the Preview Party set-up.
- Aisle carpet will be installed Tuesday evening beginning at 6:00 pm; aisles must remain clear at all times.
- Hand carried items only. Hand trucks and carts will not be permitted on the aisle carpet.
Show Hours
- Wednesday, October 22, 2008, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Thursday, October 23, 2008, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Exhibitor Move-Out
- Thursday, October 23, 2008, 5:00 - 10:00 pm
- Friday, October 24, 2008, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Exhibitors cannot begin dismantling until the show closes at 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 23.
Electrical service will be disconnected from exhibit booths beginning at 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 23. Exhibitors must begin to power down equipment immediately at the close of the show and finish as quickly as possible.
Hand trucks and carts will not be permitted on the aisle carpet. Aisle carpet will be removed immediately at the close of the show.
