Last year we experienced some issues with companies setting up after the 10:00a.m. deadline on Thursday; this caused a problem with the cleaning service and final set-up. Please be sure to arrange your arrival schedule so that you are completely set-up by 10:00a.m., Thursday.
Also if you need tables and chairs please be sure to place your order by 12:00.

Silent Auction
We would like to personally invite your company to participate in the Society’s third annual ASLMS Silent Auction by donating an item of significant value that will help fund our future research efforts. We are seeking medical items, company products or any other valuable items that attendees at our Annual Conference would enjoy bidding on such as golf clubs, vacation packages, rare bottles of wine, jewelry, art, or other collectibles. To generate the highest possible interest among bidders, the minimum retail value of items accepted for the auction should be more than $750.00.

The Silent Auction will be held at the ASLMS Annual Conference in Kissimmee, Florida, April 2-6, 2008. Net proceeds from the auction will be used to help us expand our research and education programs and make more grants to scientists, health professionals, clinicians and students involved in important research projects relating to the use of lasers in medicine and surgery.

In recognition of your donation to our Silent Auction, we will acknowledge your company’s participation in our Annual Conference Program and in the ASLMS Newsletter and we will display your logo on our Web site and in a special brochure listing the donated items. We will also present you with an award for display in your booth and provide each member of your booth staff with a Silent Auction Donor ribbon.
