Speaker Service Center

Who has Access:
The Speaker Service Center is the online resource for confirmed Keynote, Panel and Track Session Speakers. (Invited Abstract Paper Authors may also use the Speaker Service Center to SUBMIT their Full Length Paper.)

Login Process:
To access the Speaker Service Center, please enter the Speaker ID and Password that were sent to you with your email confirmation by the Speaker Liaison. If you do not know your password, use the Forgot My Password link to the left and it will be emailed to the e-mail address you provided in your application.

Service Center:
In addition to a General Overview, the Speaker Service Center contains information specific to speakers and allows access to action the following functions:

• MANAGE your deliverable and track deadlines (Checklist)
• REVIEW your personal contact information and/or ADD an administration contact
• SUBMIT your Full Length Paper (White Paper)
• REQUEST additional AV Requirements
• PROVIDE your Facilitator’s Information (optional)
• REGISTER for the Conference (Link)
• RESERVE Accommodations at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort

• IDENTIFY Alternate Accommodation information
• PROVIDE Travel Itinerary
• SUBMIT your Slide Deck Presentation (in Power Point or Adobe)
