INTEREST GROUPS


The Gerontolgical Society of America has twelve formal, nineteen informal, and eight proposed interest groups. Membership is nearly 2,900, formed around a topic or issue that cuts across disciplines. Interest Groups meet at the GSA Annual Meeting and provide opportunities for networking, collaboration on research projects, and increased involvement for members and non-members in the Annual Meeting Program. GSA Interest Group Space Request Form
Interest Groups will meet the evenings of Friday, November 17 (5:30-7:00 pm), Saturday, November 18 (6:15 -7:45 pm) and Sunday, November 19 (6:30-8:00 pm). GSA will try, to the best of its ability, to grant all requests with regard to preferred dates, times, and interest group conflicts.
