Booth Purchase Pricing Deadlines:

Exhibitor Move-In
Sunday, June 15 8:00 am - 5:00 pmOn or Before March 14, 2008 - $36 per sq. ft.
Monday, June 16 8:00 am - 2:00 pmAfter March 14, 2008 - $40 per sq. ft
 
Show Hours 

Cancellation/Non-Payment Deadlines:

Monday, June 16 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm In the event a company needs to relinquish its booth
Tuesday, June 17 10:30 am - 3:00 pmspace prior to February 29, 2008 and informs
Wednesday, June 18 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm		HP Technology Forum & Expo 2008 in writing by this date, said company will only be responsible for 50% of
Thursday, June 19 11:30 am - 2:30 pmthe total exhibit space. After February 29, 2008, any exhibit space fees are non-refundable.
