SPACE RESERVATIONS
A $400.00 deposit is required to reserve space before March 31, 2008. After March 31, 2008 the entire rental payment must accompany reservation forms. Exhibit space will be assigned in the order your deposit and reservation is received. Annual Meeting Event Sponsors of greater than $1,000 will receive preference when their space assignment flights are made (first sort will be date paid). Maximum competitor separation will be considered for space assignments.

Sustaining Members of the International Association for Food Protection
receive a discount off the total cost of their exhibit space.
