Become an Exhibitor Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2009 International Code Council Expo. By exhibiting at this event, you are instantly in touch with your target market for one-on-one selling opportunities. The Code Council Expo brings your best customers to a central location. All companies interested in exhibiting must complete an Exhibit Space Contract and submit it along with a 50% deposit to ICC. Exhibit Rates: Regular Rate: $20 per sq. ft. **Register by July 24 and receive a FREE half page b/w ad in the conference program. (All booth spaces are a standard 10’ x 10’ unit or multiples thereof unless otherwise indicated. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a booth space.) Fee Includes:

Exhibitor to supply artwork by July 31. See Mechanical Specifications Assignment of Space: Booth space is assigned during the registration process when registering online and is based on the date of receipt of the contract and deposit when completing a paper contract. Every effort will be made to assign the exhibitors to one of their chosen spaces; however, the exhibit manager reserves the right to make final space assignments or change space assignments. Registration: Exhibitors receive two complimentary exhibitor badges per 10' x 10' booth space reserved. These badges are for exhibit hall identification only and do not entitle the badge holder to attend education sessions or social events outside the expo hall. Additional floor passes, beyond the two complimentary passes, may be purchased for $25 each. Exhibitors may purchase full conference registrations for an additional fee.
