THE STATE OF MARYLAND/ICC REGION 7 HOSPITALITY RECEPTION
6:00pm - 11:00pm
The host State of Maryland and the Chapters of ICC Region VII invite you to attend an evening reception at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles baseball team. Enjoy an evening of networking, socializing, and tasting many fine foods and beverages of the Maryland coast and regional lands. In the spirit of the evening Halloween costumes are encouraged.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1
THE 6TH ANNUAL BOB FOWLER MOTORCYCLE RIDE
This will be a very exciting ride originating in Baltimore near the meeting hotel. Along the way stopping to see a few coved bridges, Antietam National Battle Field, and Harpers Ferry National Historical Park where guns were made for the Civil War. At Harpers Ferry Historical Park we cross into Virginia and head for Whites Ferry to cross back, on a ferry, into Maryland. Whites Ferry is located on the Potomac where the Confederate Forces crossed the river during the invasion of the North. The return trip will include a late evening or night tour of the Washington DC monuments to include Arlington Cemetery, The Mall, Lincoln Monument, Jefferson, Lincoln, Roosevelt, Vietnam, and World War II Memorials, The White House, Capitol, and Smithsonian. Total ride is about 246 miles.

The host State of Maryland and the Chapters of ICC Region VII host a reception at the Sports Legends & Babe Ruth Museum located across from Camden Yards. Celebrate the history of Baltimore Sports at the birthplace of Babe Ruth. Get into the spirit by wearing your favorite teams colors or team shirt, cap.
LEGISLATIVE FORUM
The annual forum takes place from 1:15 to 3:15pm and will include a presentation by the New York City Departmemt of Buildings of the final report of the "High Risk Construction Oversight (HRCO) Study to analyze high-risk construction operations of concrete, cranes/hoists, and excavation". There will also be a briefing by GR staff on pending federal legislation, including the Community Building Code Grant Act and energy related bills.
