We are excited to have another NASPA Conference in Seattle, WA, which will be held at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.

We are expecting to have over 5,000 plus Student Affairs delegates from across the nation and other countries. Out of our 11,000 individual members, 65% are decision makers on their college campuses. This is an opportunity to showcase your organization/company in our exhibit hall.

We are excited that you are interested in exhibiting with us! We have outsourced with eShow2000 again to make your online experience as smooth as possible. Some of the perks to this online system include the following:

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS

• A reception for senior student affairs officers and refreshment breaks held in the exhibit hall
• An alphabetical company listing on the NASPA Conference Web site.
• All for-profit exhibiting companies/agencies receive two (2) complimentary registrations and two (2) exhibit hall passes.
• All non-profit exhibiting companies/agencies receive one (1) complimentary registration and two (2) exhibit hall passes
• The opportunity to participate in an attendee raffle
• Booth package includes: one six-foot table, two folding chairs, one waste basket, identification sign, back drape and side drape
• Listing of your company’s name, address and contact information along with a 50-word company description in the meeting Program Booklet distributed on-site to all meeting attendees (if purchased before January 15, 2009)
