Exhibitor Booth Personnel Registration


Registration for Booth Personnel opens MAY 2009 – (avoid the long lines registration online)

Admission
Admission to NBMBAA’s Conference and Exposition is by badge only. All attendees and exhibitors are required to register. Only employees of exhibiting companies may register as exhibitors, all exhibitor badges are non-transferrable. Advanced registration is highly encouraged. In addition, a work pass will be required for each person on the exhibit floor during install/dismantle periods. There is no fee for a work pass, work passes will be distributed on-site at Exhibitor Registration Counters. Every precaution will be taken to prevent unauthorized personnel from gaining access to the show floor.

Manage registrations on-line. By using your Corporate ID Number, you can register your personnel online and access your registration information to make changes/cancellations/additions during the months leading up to the Annual Conference. Online registration closes September 8, 2009.

Badge Allotment
Exhibitors are allowed a specified number of badges based on the size of their booth and or booth category. Exhibitor registration is limited to company personnel working in the booth, including models, demonstrators, etc. Any changes to your exhibit space such as additional space purchased, reduced or cancelled space will automatically result in changes to the amount of the complimentary registrations. See the registration allotment chart on the attached registration form for the number of complimentary registration included with you booth.

Exhibitor Badge Descriptions
Access to the hall during non-show hours is restricted to exhibit booth personnel only. Please review the following exhibitor registration types and register booth personnel accordingly.

Exhibitor Only
An Exhibitor Only registration allows admission to the career fair, career success network center, and industry theatre and employment network only. Exhibitor only registrants are not allowed to attend other conference activities unless they purchase individual tickets or register as a full conference exhibitor.

Full Conference Exhibitor
A Full Conference Exhibitor registration includes admission to all official program sessions, workshops, seminars, career fair, industry theatre, meal functions and social events at the Conference and Exposition. (1-year membership non applicable for non member booth personnel)

Leadership Institute Exhibitor
A Leadership Institute Exhibitor registration includes admission to the Leadership Institute, all official program sessions, workshops, seminars, career fair, industry theatre, meal functions and social events at the Conference and Exposition. Please note that pre-registration in the desire Leadership Institute Session is required to confirm participation. Leadership Institute registrations will not be processed without the required session title selection. (1-year membership non applicable for non member booth personnel)

Entrepreneurial Institute Exhibitor
An Entrepreneurial Institute Exhibitor registration includes admission to the Entrepreneurial Institute, all official program sessions, workshops, seminars, career fair, industry theatre, meal functions and social events at the Conference and Exposition. Please note that pre-registration in the desire Entrepreneurial Institute track is required to confirm participation. Entrepreneurial Institute registrations will not be processed without the required track selection. (1-year membership non applicable for non member booth personnel)

Additional Exhibitor Badges
All personnel in excess of the complimentary allotment must purchase their registration. The fees are noted below:

Exhibitor Only Registration
$75.00 – May 5 – September 26, 2009

Full Conference Exhibitor Registration
$700.00 – May 5, – June 30, 2009
$775.00 – July 1, – September 26, 2009

Leadership Institute/Exhibitor Registration
$950.00 – May 5, – June 30, 2008
$1025.00 – July 1, – September 26, 2009

Entrepreneurial Institute/Exhibitor Registration
$800.00 – May 5, – June 30, 2008
$875.00 – July 1, – September 26, 2009

Confirmation Notices
Confirmation Notices will include badge information, as well as confirmation of selected special events and receipt of payment. Confirmation notices will indicate whether a registration is complete or requires additional information. Please ready your confirmation notice carefully. To report a correction or discrepancy, call the number indicated on the notice. If you have not received a confirmation within three weeks of submitting your registration form, call our registration office.

Badge Pick-UP
All Badges will be available for pick up at Exhibitor Registration under your company’s name. A Photo ID is required for badge pick-up. To ensure your badges are ready for you on-site, please submit your form to NBMBAA by August 15, 2008. Pick-up of all company exhibitor badges requires advance notice. Please do not register installation and dismantling personnel for badges (unless they are registering for the meeting). They can pick-up a work pass on-site from Exhibitor Registration.

Additions/Changes/Corrections
All booth personnel changes must be in writing and changed in advanced by September 8, 2008. After September 8, all changes must be done on-site at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Booth Cancellation
Exhibitor may not cancel or reduce the amount of assigned exhibit space without written notification to NBMBAA. In the event of cancellation or reduction, Exhibitor shall be liable for an amount equal to 50% of the total fee. Any balance remaining from the total fee that has been paid by Exhibitor shall be refunded to Exhibitor by NBMBAA. There are no cancellations or reductions of assigned exhibit space permitted after July 15, 2009 at which time Exhibitor shall remain liable for the total fee stated in the exhibitor contract. In the event of a booth size reduction the Exhibitor will be assessed a $200.00 processing fee for every 100 square feet of reduced space.
