Rental Fees


The NBMBAA offers customized recruitment packages for participation in our career fair. To begin select from the available employer showcase levels and then select the desired booth size. Our packages are designed to allow you the opportunity to build a package that fits you budget and recruitment goals.

Employer Showcase plans include access to our conference job match and resume database, interview space(s), job posting(s), virtual booth promotion, event access and discounts to our year round database. Premier- $8,000     (plus cost of 20'x20' or larger booth package)

Standard Booth packages include- 8' high background drapery, 36" high drapery dividers to define the boundaries of booth space, 7" x 44" booth identification sign with company name and booth number, one 6 ft. table & two chairs per 10'x10' booth.
