Exhibiting terms and conditions
A 50% deposit is due with the application to secure exhibit space. Full
payment is due by June 2, 2008. The National Black MBA Association
has the right to deny exhibit space to corporations with outstanding
balances.
Recruiter/Exhibitor Booth Includes
- One 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth
- Draping on three sides (3 ft. sidewalls and 10 ft. backdrops)
- Standard 7 in. x 44 in. sign identifying company and booth number
- One 6 ft. table per booth
- Two chairs per booth
Please note: Additional booth items, labor and shipping are extra costs.
Exhibitor Registration Requirements
The names of your company representatives who will use full conference
registrations or exhibitor only registrations must be received by August
15, 2008.
Please note: There will be a $75 charge for each person exceeding plan allocation for Exhibitor
Only Registrations.
