We have terrific Keynote/General Session speakers slated for the conference program, so be sure to check these out and make plans to attend. Keynote/General Sessions are open to exhibitors to attend and you do receive 2 Full-Conference Passes with your exhibit booth (per 100sf), so please do plan to attend the conference sessions, if possible.

NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE – we’ve heard from several companies that they have new products/services to debut at the show! That’s great and we would like to offer a special FREE promotional area on the exhibit hall floor to showcase new products and services. In Booth #921 we will have a display area set up to host your products. There will be a company name card and your Booth # for each product showcased. Please complete the attached New Product Showcase form to be included.

By now, you should have registered your booth staff personnel for exhibit hall badges and booked flights and hotel rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor Set-up will be on Monday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 16th from 8am – 5pm

Exhibit Hall Hours for the show will be from 10:00am (NEW) – 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 17 and from 10:00am – 5:00pm on Thursday, June 18. Teardown will begin at 5:00pm Thursday and end on Friday, June 19 at noon.

Also, we still need a few companies to submit their Certificate of Liability Insurance form – all exhibitors need to submit this please. You can fax the certificate to: (770) 645-0047.

Please Remember – the Shepard Exposition Services discount deadline date is today, May 27th for ordering booth carpeting, tables/chairs, electrical, etc.
