Organize the shipping of your booth supplies to show site
Order any audio visual that you may need for your booth through the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
Make your hotel reservations. See the hotels and travel section for full information.
Order your event labor (if needed) through Valley Expo		1st May (for advanced price deadline)
Order your booth furniture (if needed) through Valley Expo.		1st May (for advanced price deadline)
If you need electrical connections in your booth please order by this date		1st May 2007
If you need telephone/internet service in your booth please order by this date.		1st May 2007
Advanced price deadline for Valley Expo & Displays		1st May 2007
Exhibitor move-in		15th May 2007 - Noon - 8pm
Last day freight will be accepted at advance location		27th April 2007
Last day freight will be accepted by Valley Expo		11th May 2007
Order your signs and banners (if needed)		1st May (for advanced price deadline)
Order your booth carpet (if needed) through Valley Expo (please note the exhibit hall is already carpeted)		1st May (For advanced price deadline)
Freight accepted at show site only		15th May 2007
