Advertising

The conference Syllabus is a large glossy booklet (or CD) given out to all attendees containing the syllabus pages submitted by the speakers relating to their presentations at the conference.  The Conference Program is a smaller booklet given out to all attendees, which contains the daily schedules/grids of events, lists of exhibiting companies, information regarding luncheons and social events, etc.

ARTWORK DUE FOR PROGRAM BY 1 MARCH 2008

Electronic artwork is required for all advertisements.  Payment and completed advertising contract is due at the time artwork is submitted to NGS, no exceptions.  The deadline for submission of artwork for the conference SYLLABUS is Friday, 15 February 2008, and 1 March 2008 for the PROGRAM.   All advertisements are black and white.
