The Hyatt Regency Crown Center has 731 luxurious guestrooms, including 42 suites. Guestrooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room has a desk and chairs, two telephones with voicemail service and a large credenza/dresser. Guestrooms also include AM/FM clock radios, remote control 25" televisions, with the options of Pay Per View movies and in-room mini bars. Each room also has a smoke detector, sprinkler system, security latch, peephole, deadbolt lock, Saflok electronic locking system and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Hair dryers and make up mirrors are in every bathroom. Guest rooms have high-speed internet access (charge applies). There is a Health Club and an outdoor, all-weather pool (heated to 82 degrees year round).

Conference rates available 3 days pre and post conference dates. Check-in time is 3 pm. A major credit card needs to be presented to the front desk at time of check-in, with a $20 deposit required at check-in for all persons not using a credit card (this fee covers incidental charges that may be accrued). Room reservations will be held until 4pm unless the reservation is accompanied by a one night's deposit or guaranteed with a credit card. Check-out time is 12 noon. A $50 charge will be assessed for early departures i.e. any guest that checks out before the departure date that was made with the reservation. Express check-out and video check-out are available.

From Kansas City International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Crown Center the fare is $26.50 for one passenger.  Another passenger (from the same flight only), is an additional $7.50.
