Join us for the NIOSH National Occupational Injury Research Symposium (NOIRS) to be held at the Sheraton Station Square Hotel on October 21-23, 2008. The Symposium will start at 8:30 a.m. on the 21st and end at noon on the 23rd.

Included in your registration fee are 3 days of interactive sessions, poster social and exciting speakers. There will be complimentary refreshment breaks and continental breakfast each day.

All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (630)285-0798 and sent to the attention of Tammy Washington. Written cancellation request prior to October 1, 2008 will be issued a full refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after October 1st. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
