When attendees receive their 2007 Congress & Expo confirmation, they will automatically be matched to a list of companies that have the products or services they are interested in. By simply clicking on each company name, attendees can view company information and product descriptions. Matchmaking is a great tool to assist attendees in making sure that they have the opportunity to make the most out of their time on the Expo floor. In order for the matchmaking tool to be of the most benefit to attendees, you as an exhibitor must create your online profile in My Planner so attendees can directly set up appointments with your company. Be sure all of the information in your online profile is correct and up-to-date so attendees can not only receive the correct contact information as well as details about your company and products, but find your company’s booth location when they search by Keyword, Company Name, or Product/Service Group on the floor plan. |
