The Safety Pharmacology Society Annual Meeting is the premier educational event for the safety pharmacology industry. No other venue provides educational sessions to this growing industry which is comprised of large pharmaceutical industry based scientist involved in physiology, pharmacology, toxicology and medicine. The majority of the attendees to this unique meeting hold the purchasing power within their departments. The Society?s annual meeting rotates between Europe and North America. Over two-thirds of the attendees each year did not attend the previous year?s meeting

The limited number of exhibitors, and the homogeneity in the size of the exhibit spaces, avoid situations where immense booths dwarf the marketing efforts of smaller exhibitors; this results in adequate visibility for all, and equal opportunities for all exhibitors to meet with all non-exhibiting attendees.
The rotating location of the SPS annual meetings (North America, Europe, Asia) ensures the presence of new attendees from various areas of the world, and the repeated presence of past attendees regardless of the location of the meeting; and SPS meeting is a pleasant, almost addictive experience which no one wants to miss!
Booth Information
Booths will be 10x10 ft the prices are:
$2,200 USD for a Standard Inline booth. Includes two complimentary registrations to all the scientific sessions and events hosted by Safety Pharmacology Society.
$2,400 USD for a Corner booth. Includes two complimentary registrations to all the scientific sessions and events hosted by Safety Pharmacology Society.
Please note that the complimentary registration is provided to ensure that the booth is manned during the appropriate hours.
Booth Furnishings
Your Exhibit Area is NOT carpeted with facility carpet. All exhibit booths must have carpet or other floor covering.
Your booth rental fee includes:

*Exhibiting Companies are welcome to rent more than one booth.
When you reserve a booth via the online system, you are also able to download a copy of the rental agreement and the 2008 Rules and Regulation governing exhibiting at the meeting.
Payment and Booth Space Cancellation Terms:
50 % Payment is due upon serving the booth and final payment by June 1, 2008. It is agreed that (a) if a company cancels its space before June 11, 2008, it will be responsible for paying 50% of the total cost of the space; (b) if cancellation occurs after June 11, 2008, the company will be responsible for paying the full cost of the booth space. In the event of booth space collation, the Exhibitor must notify the Society in writing or refunds will not be considered. The Society reserves the right to cancel the contract in any event, on written notice to applicant, if the Society considers it inadvisable to hold the Exhibition.
Decorating Services
Valley Expo & Displays will provide decorating services for the Exhibition Hall. Exhibit Service Kits information will be available in mid-July.
Important Dates and times that Exhibitors need to know:
Exhibitors will have to register or have their badge upon arrival and are required to wear the badge for the duration of the conference.
- Monday, September 22 from 8:00 AM ? 3:00 PM Exhibit Set-up
- Tuesday, September 23 from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Open
- Wednesday, September 24 from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Open
- Wednesday, September 24 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Tear Down
- Thursday, September 25 by 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Exhibit Hall must be empty!
Booth Set-up:
Valley Expo & Displays will mark the exhibit hall floor on Sunday, September 21 and will put all furniture order in the booth. On Monday, September 22 from 8:00 AM ? 3:00 PM is the move-in for exhibitors.
Booth Tear-down:
Valley Expo & Display will return the empties on Wednesday, September 24 at 4:00 PM. The Exhibit Hall has to be totally cleared by Thursday, September 25 at 12:00 NOON.
