Annual Meeting Sponsors and Marketing Opportunities
SPONSORSHIP
Your sponsorship of the Safety Pharmacology Society (SPS) serves as visible evidence of your organization’s commitment to the science of safety pharmacology. In addition, your sponsorship provides an opportunity for you to increase the overall awareness of your company to the Society members.
With higher levels of sponsorship comes greater exposure. There are five levels of sponsorship available:

MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
Mailing List Rental - one set of conference attendee mailing labels - $500
Bag Inserts - one promotional piece inserted into conference bags - $1,000
Banner Ads - Three month banner advertisement on the SPS Annual Meeting Web page - $300
Sponsored Presentations - opportunity to host a session on the topic of your choice. Approved sessions will be promoted via two email announcements to registrants, on the SPS Annual Meeting Web site, and in the Final Program. Request to sponsor a session must be received by July 1, 2009. Sponsored Presentation fee - $1,000.
Marketing Lottery - Please see the "Marketing Lottery" section for Annual Meeting items that can be sponsored with your company logo (tote bags, lanyards, etc.)
Promotional Package - Please see the "Promotional Package" section for cost saving opportunities by combing several marketing options.
