The Safety Pharmacology Society Annual Meeting is the premier educational event for the safety pharmacology industry. No other venue provides educational sessions to this growing industry which is comprised of large pharmaceutical industry based scientist involved in physiology, pharmacology, toxicology and medicine. The majority of the attendees to this unique meeting hold the purchasing power within their departments. The Society's annual meeting rotates between Europe and North America. Over two-thirds of the attendees each year did not attend the previous year's meeting

The rotating location of the SPS annual meetings (North America and Europe) ensures the presence of new attendees from various areas of the world, and the repeated presence of past attendees regardless of the location of the meeting; and SPS meeting is a pleasant, almost addictive experience which no one wants to miss!

Booth Information
Booths will be 10 x 10 feet and the prices are:
$2,400 USD for an Inline booth. Includes two complimentary registrations to all the scientific sessions and events hosted by Safety Pharmacology Society.
$2,600 USD for a Corner booth. Includes two complimentary registrations to all the scientific sessions and events hosted by Safety Pharmacology Society.
Please note that the complimentary registration is provided to ensure that the booth is manned during the appropriate hours.

Your booth rental fee includes:

  • 8' high back drape
  • 3' high side drape
  • Carpeting
  • 44" x 7" booth ID sign

*Exhibiting Companies are welcome to rent more than one booth. When you reserve a booth via the online system, you are also able to download a copy of the rental agreement and the 2010 Rules and Regulation governing exhibiting at the meeting.

Payment and Booth Space Cancellation Terms:
50 % Payment is due upon reserving the booth, and final payment is due by June 1, 2010. Full payment must accompany any booth requests made June 1 or later. It is agreed that (a) if a company cancels its space by June 11, 2010, it will be responsible for paying 50% of the total cost of the space; (b) if cancellation occurs after June 11, 2010, the company will be responsible for paying the full cost of the booth space. In the event of booth space cancellation, the Exhibitor must notify the Society in writing or refunds will not be considered. The Society reserves the right to cancel the contract in any event, on written notice to applicant, if the Society considers it inadvisable to hold the Exhibition.

Decorating Services
Exhibit Service Kits information will be available in mid-July.

Important Dates and times that Exhibitors need to know:
Exhibitors will have to register or have their badge upon arrival and are required to wear the badge for the duration of the conference.

  • Monday, September 20 from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM  Exhibit Set-up
  • Monday, September 20 from 6:30 PM–7:30 PM  Welcome Reception 
  • Tuesday, September 21 from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM  Exhibit Hall Open
  • Wednesday, September 22 from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM  Exhibit Hall Open
  • Wednesday, September 22 from 4:00 PM–8:00 PM Exhibit Tear-down
  • Thursday, September 23, 8:00 AM–12:00 NOON Exhibit Tear-down continues
                                                                                            Exhibit Hall must be vacated by noon

Booth Set-up:
The general contractor will mark the exhibit hall floor on Sunday, September 19 and will put all furniture order in the booth. Monday, September 20 from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM is the move-in for exhibitors.

Booth Tear-down:
The general contractor will return the empties on Wednesday, September 22 at 4:00 PM. The Exhibit Hall has to be totally cleared by Thursday, September 23 at 12:00 NOON.
