Air Travel
Northwest Airlines is pleased to offer discounted airfares. Use your Worldfile/Ticket Designer to purchase your tickets online and your negotiated discount will be applied. Car Rental
Avis Rent A Car offers conference attendees special discounted rates. All rates include unlimited free mileage. To make you reservation call 800-331-1600 and refer to AWD Number J948889. You may also book online at www.avis.com- and don't forget to use the AWD Number for conference discounted rates.

Taxi
Taxi fares from the airport to downtown Saint Paul range from $22 to $26.

Airport Shuttle
Reservations are not necessary from MSP Airport into downtown Saint Paul, but are necessary for departures from Saint Paul back to the airport. Reservations may be made by calling 1-800-Blue-VAN at least 8 hours prior to departure time. Online reservations are also available at www.supershuttle.com. Click on "on-line reservations" and use discount code 5HVHA. Purchase tickets online or at the airport to receive the special discount of $12/one-way or $22/round-trip.

Driving to the Conference
If you are driving to the conference, self parking is available at various lots downtown. Please contact the garage directly for rate or proximity. Detailed information can be found at www.saintpaulparking.com/parkingmaps.cfm or www.lots.impark.com (Search for Minneapolis and then click on Saint Paul). Hotels

Reservations should be made directly with the hotel of your choice between June 1, 2007 and September 11, 2007. After the cut-off date the discounted conference room rate cannot be guaranteed. For more information on the conference hotels, visit our website at www.nthpconference.org.

Room Rates/Taxes
To take advantage of the special National Preservation Conference 2007 rates, be sure to make your reservation by September 11, 2007. After this date the official National Preservation Conference blocks will be released and the hotels may charge significantly higher rates. All rates are per room per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Deposits
All hotels require a deposit equaling one night's stay with each reservation request.

Confirmations
Confirmations will be sent by the hotel after each reservation booking, modification, and/or cancellation. Review the confirmation carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation via emial, fax, or mail within 14 days after any transaction, please contact the hotel.

Modifications/Cancellations
Contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel reservations and to inquire about the hotel's policy regarding cancellations and early departure fees.
