2009 Highlights


Attendance at the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo in Baltimore, Maryland was remarkably strong with a grand total of 6,750 registrants.  With the extended call for abstracts, the final number of abstracts presented was 2,322.

As for ToxExpo Exhibitors, those numbers were equally impressive:

  • 348 - Exhibiting Companies
  • 46 - First time exhibitors
  • 73 - International companies from Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,  India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, and United Kingdom
  • 275 - US companies from 40 different states
