Advertising and Support Opportunities

SOT offers an array of advertising opportunities.  Information, pricing and ad specifications may be found at http://www.toxicology.org/ai/pub/adspecs.asp.  Exhibitors may take advantage of placing an ad in the Preliminary Program, Membership Directory, ToxExpo Directory as well as the special edition of the Communique. 

SOT Web Site and Hyperlinks
A complete listing of exhibiting companies, including product listings, and booth numbers will be posted on the ToxExpo Web site.  For a nominal fee, the exhibitor may purchase a hyperlink to its Web site that will be active from the time the listing of exhibitors is posted prior to the meeting until the end of the year. The fee for this service is only $150 and provides continuing exposure to meeting attendees as well as to individuals who may not attend the meeting, but would like information on products and services related to toxicology. This service is only available to ToxExpo 2010 exhibitors.

ToxExpo Directory
The Exhibit Guide will be available at distribution points located at all main entrances to the exhibit hall. Advertising in the 2010 ToxExpo Directory is made available only to ToxExpo 2010 exhibitors. Each exhibitor may be listed twice in the guide; alphabetically and by product category.  Alphabetical listings will include company contact information, booth number, and the product/service listings. Product category listings include company name and booth number. The ToxExpo Directory will allow each company to have up to five product categories listed. Publishers are welcome to list as many as five book titles. Every company is required to submit online a list of products and/or services that will be exhibited. No other means of submission will be accepted. 

Your Company's Products and Services
Your basic allotment is five categories per company . However, you may purchase additional categories to list your company under for a fee of $50 per category above your allotment.

If you have a product or service that is not on the list provided within this prospectus, it can be listed under your company name but we are unable to create a new product category for each of these requests. Great efforts have been made to remove all redundancies and unnecessary listings from the list. If your company feels a new listing is warranted, please outline your reasoning in an e-mail to Exhibit Management and send to liz@toxicology.org. All proposed additions will be given serious consideration.
