The goal of ToxExpo's management team is to make sure that you make the most of your presence at the exhibition. ToxExpo is the largest event of its kind and being part of the show is only half of the solution. Marketing plans need to be well-thought out with a strategy that includes pre- and post- show promotions for you to reach your return on investment and drive attendees out of the aisles and into your booth. Exhibitor/Sponsor Hosted Sessions

This is a great opportunity for SOT/ToxExpo Exhibitors and Sponsors to provide detailed information about products and services to meeting attendees. These one-hour sessions will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center and will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Due to popular demand we have added more session slots for 2010! SOT provides an LCD projector, screen and microphone, and the room will be set theatre style for a minimum of 100 people. The cost is $1,000 per session and slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. All interested companies must submit an application for review and approval. Please visit the Exhibitor Service Center to download the application and submit payment. Reserve your slot now... These session slots fill very quickly!

SOT is pleased to offer ToxExposure Marketing Opportunities for the 49th Annual Meeting.  You must be a ToxExpo Exhibitor to participate.

consider your suggestions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Opportunities do NOT include the price of the item/service offered.  Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering any promotional items/services and ensuring these items arrive at the Salt Palace Convention Center for distribution in a timely manner.  All promotional items must receive final approval from SOT before production.

Two sponsorships available for two separate stations.  Attendees will stop by this booth again and again to enjoy a relaxing seated massage. The Relaxation Station is an excellent generator of booth traffic and packs more “WOW” power than any other activity on the show floor.  Four-color signs will display your company name and logo and SOT logo on them.
