Hospitality Suites/Meeting Space


    We are pleased to offer hospitality suites as another way to showcase your products and conduct business. Hospitality suites offer a more intimate atmosphere to educate wholesalers on your product lines and company. Hospitality suites can be customized to create the perfect setting for your unique needs.

    All companies requesting a hospitality suite must have at least one person registered for the Convention. 

    There are two types of hospitality suites available:

    Lower Level Hospitality Suites

    Lower Level Hospitality Suites are meeting rooms that can be converted into a personalized display area for alcohol beverage products and also accommodate private meeting areas to conduct business. The Lower Level Suites can be located in the heavily-trafficked main convention areas or in more secluded areas for companies who wish “by appointment only” activity.

    Online registration is not available for hospitality suites. Hospitality Suite Registration Forms and floor plans are also included in the Exhibitor Prospectus.

    Traditional Hospitality Suites

    Traditional Hospitality Suites are suites located on the hotel guest room floors that can be converted into a customized display area for alcohol beverage products and also accommodate private meeting areas to conduct business.

    Meeting Space

    To obtain public space for the purpose of having a one-time reception, breakfast, business meeting or event at Caesars Palace, please complete the Meeting Space Request Form below. One-day meetings less than 2 hours in duration (including set-up and tear-down) will be free of charge. Meetings that are booked for more than one day, which last less than 2 hours, will be charged a rate of $150 per hour, not to exceed $800 per day.

    Lower Level Suite Benefits

    • Confirmed Space
    Once your space has been requested, assigned, and paid for, WSWA will provide written confirmation of the room name and location so that you may promote your suite in advance of the Convention. This benefit is ONLY available with Lower Level Suites.

    • Visibility
    Lower Level Suites can be located in high or low visibility areas depending on your preference. Suites can be "open" to all registrants or closed for "by appointment only." You create the vision and we’ll work with you to execute it!

    • Easy Move-in / Move-out
    8:00 am move-in and 5:00 pm move-out (no hotel room check-in or check-out pressure). As soon as you arrive you are able to pick up your Lower Level Suite keys. Early arrival and late departure means less days than with a traditional hospitality suite.

    • No Elevators!
    = Less wait time and CONVENIENCE for your customers! Lower Level Suites make it easier and more convenient for your customers to find you!

    • Fully Customizable
    Lower Level Suites are fully customizable – no bed removal fees. In a Lower Level Suite you are able to design the look and feel that best suits your company's needs.

    • Rapid Response
    Lower Level Suites mean quicker delivery of your alcohol beverage product and a rapid response to last minute requests from catering for refreshes, glassware, ice, food and beverage etc.

    • Basic Hotel Equipment at No Cost
    No rental fee for basic set-ups such as tables and chairs. Should you wish to enhance your look with more upscale furnishings and/or décor your company can work with outside vendors to create your vision.     • Variety
    Lower Level Suites offer a variety of space options.
