We are pleased to offer hospitality suites as another way to showcase your products and conduct business. Hospitality suites offer a more intimate atmosphere to educate wholesalers on your product lines and company. Hospitality suites can be customized to create the perfect setting for your unique needs.
All companies requesting a hospitality suite must have at least one person registered for the Convention.
There are two types of hospitality suites available: Lower Level Hospitality Suites
Lower Level Hospitality Suites are meeting rooms that can be converted into a personalized display area for alcohol beverage products and also accommodate private meeting areas to conduct business. The Lower Level Suites can be located in the heavily-trafficked main convention areas or in more secluded areas for companies who wish “by appointment only” activity. Online registration is not available for hospitality suites. Hospitality Suite Registration Forms and floor plans are also included in the Exhibitor Prospectus.

Meeting Space
To obtain public space for the purpose of having a one-time reception, breakfast, business meeting or event at Caesars Palace, please complete the Meeting Space Request Form below. One-day meetings less than 2 hours in duration (including set-up and tear-down) will be free of charge. Meetings that are booked for more than one day, which last less than 2 hours, will be charged a rate of $150 per hour, not to exceed $800 per day. No rental fee for basic set-ups such as tables and chairs. Should you wish to enhance your look with more upscale furnishings and/or décor your company can work with outside vendors to create your vision.
