Registration for WSWA's 67th Annual Convention and Exposition is available online, by mail or by fax.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE YOUR REGISTRATION IS PROPERLY PROCESSED.   

Any supplier, importer, vintner, broker, government official, media representative or person who does business with suppliers or wholesalers of alcohol beverages may register. Likewise, personnel from WSWA member wholesaler/distribution companies should attend. Retailers and the general public are prohibited from attending.

Registration for WSWA's Convention and Exposition is by individual only, not by company and all attendees must register and submit a registration form with payment. Company names are noted on badges and rosters.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ATTEND.

All individual registrations include daily admission to the Exhibit Halls, admission to open Hospitality Suites, Opening General Session, Opening Night Reception, Impact "Hot Brands" Awards, Taste of the Industry, General Business Session and educational sessions.

The following registration types are available ONLINE:

WSWA Member Wholesaler: This registration category is for employees of WSWA dues-paying wholesaler member companies.

WSWA Associate Member: This registration category is for employees of companies which have paid 2010 Associate Member Dues.

Non-Member: This registration category is for employees of any supplier company, whether alcohol beverage related or otherwise and includes brokers, vintners, distillers, importers, etc. and all other services and product related firms ( i.e., computer vendors, POS materials, material handling firms, etc.); also includes government employees.

Advertising (Non-Member Pricing): This registration category is for employees of a consumer publication whose primary audience is not in one of the alcohol beverage tiers. To register as an advertising employee, please register as a non-member and select "Advertising" as your primary business.

Trade Publication Executive (Non-Member Pricing): This registration category is for employees of publications dedicated to alcohol beverage industry related issues and topics and produced primarily for any or all of the industry tiers. To register as a trade publication executive, please register as a non-member and select "Trade Publication Executive" as your primary business. 

Non-Member Wholesaler: This registration category is for employees of non-member wholesaler companies. All non-member wholesalers must contact Bob Wiggans, Director of Membership at at (202) 371-9792 ext. 320 or Bob.Wiggans@wswa.org to receive special instructions before registering online.

Editorial/Media: This registration category is for trade, mainstream and lifestyle editorial and media professionals.  To register in this category, please click here.

The following registration type is NOT available online:

Spouse: Spouse registration is NOT available online.  Spouses of registered WSWA Member Wholesalers and Associate Members are welcome to attend the Convention at a complimentary rate.
