Ways to Participate
How can I participate in the Convention & Exposition?
WSWA Member Wholesalers
The 67th Annual Convention & Exposition provides WSWA wholesaler members the unique opportunity to gain access and exposure to the latest products, meet new and established suppliers, network with other member wholesalers from around the country, and hear from today's top leaders in the wine and spirits industry all in one location. By attending the WSWA Annual Convention & Exposition, attendees will stay on top of the industry's latest issues and trends, while directly benefiting from their immediate and efficient access to a wide range of industry products, suppliers and fellow wholesalers in attendance.
WSWA Associate Members
Associate Members have the opportunity - all in one location - to meet and network with WSWA's member wholesalers, which represent over 70% of the wine and spirits distributed in the U.S. Associate Members can enhance their participation and exposure to wholesalers by showcasing their product or service through exhibiting, purchasing a lower level or traditional hospitality suite, participating in the Taste of the Industry and Wine & Spirits Tasting Competition, or obtaining one of the many sponsorship opportunities during the Convention.
Non-Members, including distillers/importers and suppliers of
industry-related products

WSWA's Annual Convention & Exposition offers several options for suppliers to market products to U.S. wine and spirits wholesalers:
For over 25 years, thousands of new products and services have been introduced to the U.S. beverage alcohol industry through the WSWA Exhibit Hall. This is the perfect venue for companies who produce "in the bottle" products as well as for those specializing in other products and services that support the wine and spirits industry. Wholesalers will search the Exhibit Hall to seek out new and exciting products to market to U.S. consumers. Many wine and spirits introduced here have gone on to become blockbuster brands in the U.S. and abroad.

Hospitality Suites:
Traditional
Traditional Hospitality Suites are suites located on the sleeping room floors of Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Traditional Hospitality Suites are used primarily by established brands for the purpose of introducing brand extensions and/or holding meetings with distributors. Bedding can be removed (fees apply) to create space for displays. Rates for hospitality suites vary according to the suite selected (see diagrams and pricing). Access to hospitality suites on your requested day of check-in cannot be guaranteed earlier than the posted hotel check-in time of 4:00 pm. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking your suite for the night prior to the first set-up day. Suite locations are published by WSWA and distributed to attendees Tuesday morning, April 6 in the Exhibit Hall.
Lower Level Hospitality Suites: Expand your Exposure by Expanding your Space
Lower Level Hospitality Suites are meeting rooms that can be converted into a personalized display area for alcohol beverage products and also accommodate private meeting areas to conduct business. Lower Level Suites can be located in heavily-trafficked main convention areas or in more secluded areas for companies who wish "by appointment only" meetings.
